Primark Haul

I am now in the process of updating my wardrobe and ready to start fully transitioning into winter mode. I have come to the realisation that I can no longer get away with leaving the house without a jacket, or going bare legged to work *sigh*. Having said this there is a positive, I am loving more or less every trend that we have been graced with this year. Like seriously every high street store is just killing it at the moment and I am so here for it ( Too bad my bank balance isn’t haha).

Primark was my favourite store of the day and this is where the majority of my money was spent. I left the store with 2 massive shopper bags, see my fave buys below.

Leather Skirt & Cross over top

Top: £8.00, Leather skirt : £12.00

This outfit made me feel soooo sexy, you know that feeling when you finish putting your makeup on and you go from a 0 to a 10? I had been looking for a faux midi leather skirt for a while, so as soon as I saw this in Primarni ( Primark ) I had to have it. The material feels luxurious and looks expensive not only that the detailing on the skirt gives it that extra added sass. This multicolour cross over top compliments the skirt perfectly and is so comfortable, I decided to wear this top off the shoulder to create more of an evening look. This outfit can be worn for drinks with the girls, work, date night there are countless places you can wear this. I styled this outfit with a pair of black perspex heels and gold door knocker earrings.

Perspex Heels

Perspex Heels £12.00

In all my years of shopping at Primark as much as I love their clothes, I have never really been a massive fan of their shoe range until now…….. Perspex is still a massive trend in the fashion world thanks to Kim K and I really do love it, like what outfit doesn’t perspex go well with? These Perspex heels are probably one of the most comfiest heels I own, they are just beautiful and get this they were only £12.00!!!! Yes £12.00 I literally had to do a double take when I looked at the price tag. They have them in black and white and yes you guessed right I brought both colours ( It would be rude not to right? )

Teddybear Coat

Pink Teddy Coat £30.00

I live for a big fluffy teddy coat, they are super stylish and so comfy perfect for winter. I love the added sass it gives to an outfit. This teddy coat is literally everything you could want in a winter coat, I will most certainly be wearing this with most outfits and the fact that it is pink is an added bonus. Did I mention it was only £30.00!!!!!

I teamed this with a black turtle neck and leather pants to give my outfit a pop of colour.

Blazer & Trouser Co- ord

Blazer £20.00, Trousers £13.00

I am a massive fan of Co-ords there is nothing more satisfying than a matching set, this two piece is corduroy fabric and feels as though it should be a lot more expensive than it is. It is super versatile you can wear this to; Work, date night or for drinks with the girls. They also have this in a pink/lilac colour which was super cute but they didn’t have my size :(.  Co ords are a massive trend this season so it is definitely worth checking out the other Co – ords primark have.

Black Turtleneck Jumper

Last but not least I picked up a plain black turtle neck jumper, it makes for a simple yet effective outfit I love them. Especially paired with a pair of high waist jeans or leather pants. This was £6.00 from Primark and they also had it in white too.

What is the latest winter item you brought for your wardrobe and what high street stores are you loving at the moment?

Lots of love,

Ria x
